Trainer: Dr. Mohamed Anas El-Baz, the company’s manager, was entrusted with spreading the culture of knowledge using the Schobot platform to enrich the scientific heritage and the abundance of high-quality research production.
Course Objectives:
This course aims to enable trainees to understand the uses of Schobot in scientific research and teach others how to benefit from it through theoretical training and practical individual and group applications. Tasks of Schobot Ambassadors
Schobot Ambassadors learn and share knowledge of how to use it in scientific research with others. This gives them the wonderful opportunity to spread science and technology in the knowledge society.
Schobot Ambassadors are part of a global network of innovators and technology leaders. They are entrusted with disseminating knowledge and guiding researchers in using Schobot to achieve better results and facilitate the scientific research process.
Course Specifications:
o In-depth methodological course
o Learn the methodology of dealing with writing compatible with extracting the best results using artificial intelligence
o Learn the methodology of dealing with the best references that are the reason for extracting the best results
o Step-by-step practice using Schobot with all the items of the research plan.
o Practical training on the effective use of references in different languages with translation
o Training on producing new intellectual creativity by brainstorming the results of Schobot and making research idea banks.
o Individual research work and group work
o How to raise the research ranking of the institution globally, international publication and classification of the research journal
Course Stages:
The training lasted 5 training sessions, ranging in duration between (5-6) training hours that took off with the trainees to fly in the sky of science,
knowledge, experience, practice, and individual and collective application under an umbrella of guidance, guidance, education and correction from the team coach.
Phase I: Discovering Knowledge Sources
On Thursday (19/07/2024 AD), at (08) pm Makkah time, via the Zoom application, the first training sessions began in the world of technology to identify the sources of obtaining references and research sources, where the meeting began with the trainer presenting a comprehensive overview of the artificial intelligence tools used to obtain sources and references used in scientific research and how to invest them optimally to obtain real and reliable data.
Then the talk touched on comparisons between the most famous sites for scientific search engines ChatGPT+ Google Scholar+ Semantic Scholar+ Connected Papers+ Sci – hug+ Dissertations + Pdf Drive+ Z Library+ Pdf Joiner. and many more.
Then the constellation of the search engine tool Schubot was touched upon as an effective assistant to the researcher, characterized by ease and flexibility of use compared to other search engines. And its role in helping the researcher of science in organizing and arranging his ideas and keeping references that help him in writing his research.
Schobot is an Arab production that we are proud of and found to serve science students, researchers, and scholars.
Second Stage: Planning and Engineering of Input Information
The journey of knowledge continues the next day, July 20, 2024: The trainees continued to apply on the platform of the assistant scientific researcher in artificial intelligence, led by the team coach and enthusiasm from the trainee team through the training course that was held remotely via the Zoom program today, Saturday, July 20, 2024, and the training lasted for 5 continuous hours.
It started at 8 pm Makkah time and continued until one in the morning. The course witnessed the presentation of the results of individual brainstorming for researchers and fruitful discussions between the trainer and the trainees on the formulation of research ideas and plans entered on the Schobot platform, where each researcher presented the research plan that he developed with the help of Schobot.
Project presentation and feedback
Each intern presented their research plan and received the opportunity for feedback and valuable feedback and guidance.
An atmosphere of cooperation and group learning prevailed, where mistakes were corrected and experiences were exchanged among the
trainees. Here emerged the importance of using the Schobot platform as a “magic tool” that helps researchers shorten time and effort and save money if used correctly.
Encourage trainees to take advantage of Schobot:
Schubot’s enormous potential became more evident after the application and development of the research plan in an organized scientific manner and its role in accelerating the pace of scientific progress and making a qualitative leap in various fields. The trainees began to upload references related to the research topic.
The second phase of the training concluded with great success, leaving trainees with a deep sense of satisfaction and inspiration. This course has equipped them with the knowledge and skills to open new horizons in their scientific research, taking advantage of Schubot’s immense abilities as an indispensable intelligent assistant.
Stage Three: Broad Knowledge of Multilingual References
Schobot’s potential to advance scientific research continues to be explored with Schobot 3 ambassadors It turns out that Schobot is not only an artificial intelligence tool but also a smart partner in the journey of outstanding scientific research.
In the third meeting on Monday (July 22, 2024), we gathered a distinguished meeting for interesting hours that are enjoyable in their content and content with a passion for looking forward to the new in the world of scientific research.
In this meeting, the tasks accomplished by the trainees were presented, reviewed, and discussed, increasing research productivity, speed and accuracy in completing scientific research quickly, easily, objectively, and reliably and ensuring the quality of scientific research based on international standards.
As well as enriching scientific research in two languages other than Arabic
This interesting and information-rich scientific meeting included brainstorming dialogues, which are the starting point and companion of the research process on how to use Schobot to improve the quality of texts and analyze the entered data to produce scientific research in its scientifically distinguished form.
Through this applied research training experience, we discovered that the Schobot platform helps you write smarter and more concisely, by taking advantage of its features to improve the quality of your research, which gives you new skills in writing scientific research.

Fourth Stage: High productivity in multiple languages and professional interpretation
The Fourth Meeting of the Ambassadors of Schobot 3 The success and discovery of multiple and distinct possibilities in enriching scientific research continued in the fourth meeting on Thursday, 25/7/2024, and the task was to present research using (7) languages supported by Schobot, which is characterized by translation capabilities between Arabic, English, and French, in addition to languages that use Latin letters.
Here I used the following languages (English – French – German – Spanish – Italian – Turkish) in addition to the Arabic language and I saw a long list of languages supported by the platform. In my view, these features are among the best that Scopet enjoys in the field of high-quality international research and publishing.
In my humanities major, Schobot enables me to broaden my knowledge base by reading research in the field of specialization that is multilingual, and the references used are not limited to Arabic and English.
On the other hand, Schobot allows us to conduct comparative scientific research across cultures.
The valuable capabilities provided by the Skobot platform in professional interpretation gave me as a researcher the ability to quickly view and determine the appropriate paragraphs for the nature of m research, and also extract the results in the appropriate language for the journal in which I publish, as it is an integrated and very useful platform in international publishing and language is no longer an obstacle in my way as a researcher.
Reading research in multiple languages generates fruitful research ideas by viewing research output in multiple languages. The task entrusted was how to generate research ideas in the specialization based on access to research from other disciplines, and here emerged the values of cooperation and active participation in completing the task in the shortest possible time.
Stage Five: Teamwork and Generating Research Ideas
In the fifth meeting of the training course, corresponding to Monday, August 5, 2024, the training will last for five continuous hours, The distinguished meeting in an extraordinary session was an exceptional session on reviewing the research presented by the participants, I noticed the diversity of languages in which the research was written, which added a remarkable atmosphere to that session, after fruitful discussions about these researches, the group research supervised Schobot AI was presented to all trainees entitled “Artificial intelligence and its vital role in the field of health care After individual and group fat storing, more than forty research topics related to the field of artificial intelligence were extracted, highlighting the specialization of each trainee and integrating it into the research content, which added a unique and valuable character to the training.
Schobot helped researchers discover themselves and their abilities to generate research ideas in the discipline, including choosing a research idea on the role of artificial intelligence in achieving the Sustainable Development Goals.
Each meeting with Schobot is a new opportunity and fruitful experience for researchers, as it is an important platform to help researchers in their research journey at the individual, collective, and institutional levels, working to increase the teamwork of the university, which increases its international ranking.
